CLARO Chile Launches the Next Generation of Enhanced “Please CallMe” Services

CLARO Chile and Starscriber have commercially launched their innovative service called “Llama y Corta,” becoming the first mobile operator in America to implement the next generation of enhanced “Please CallMe” services developed by Starscriber.

The highly utilized service is based on the Starscriber Messaging Gateway, deployed at CLARO Chile facilities, enabling all prepaid subscribers to send free enhanced “Please CallMe” messages to other CLARO subscribers as well as to other Chilean mobile operator subscribers. The Starscriber solution allows mobile users with and without credit to quickly and easily request call backs. Subscribers only need to place a call and then end it immediately to use the enhanced service.
